Abbi Klopp, BA
Abbi has a particular passion for working with adolescents navigating the complexities of identity development, peer relationships, and mental health during pivotal years. Her therapeutic approach prioritizes creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients can safely explore their emotions, build self-awareness, and cultivate effective coping strategies.
Abbi developed a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic practices and culturally competent care from her studies at Adler University. Her approach is informed by a deep commitment to understanding and serving diverse populations with empathy, respect, and professionalism.
Abbi continues to engage in ongoing professional development through the supervision of Kelly LaPorte, LCPC, and Talvir Shahi, LCPC. This ensures she consistently provides high-quality care, grounded in ethical practices and client-centered strategies.
Before pursuing her graduate studies, Abbi earned her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Alabama. She is excited to be back in her home town of Naperville so she can serve individuals and families in this wonderful community.
